Job Title: Commercial/IP Associate- Tech/Outsourcing- City law firm
Salary: £100,000- £115,000
PQE Level: 3-5 PQE
Contract Type: Permanent

- Negotiating and drafting high value commercial agreements

- Large scale outsourcing agreements

Successful candidate:
- 3-5 PQE, ideally E&W qualified
- 3-5 years UK law firm experience specialising in commercial contracts and IP gained within a global law firm or prestigious City law firm
- Must have technology contacts experience
- Must have large scale outsourcing contracts experience
- Strong academics
