Job Title: Commercial Real Estate Senior Associate- Energy Sector
Salary: £110,000-£125,000
PQE Level: 6-8 PQE
Contract Type: Permanent

Our client is a mid-sized City law firm with a strong commercial real estate and energy sector offering.
Role:
Specialising in providing commercial real estate advice to clients operating within the energy sector:
- Advising investors, funders, developers, pension funds on commercial real estate transactions across the renewables/energy transition space
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Land rights
Key attractions include:
- Market leading team within the renewables/energy transition space
- Breadth and quality of work
- Excellent work/life balance- very low chargeable hour target
- Future partner prospects
Successful candidate:
- 6-8 PQE qualified solicitor in England & Wales
- Must have commercial real estate experience within the renewables/energy transition space ( likely coming from a larger firm and attracted by the progression prospects and work/life balance)
