Job Title: Commercial Real Estate PSL- 12 month FTC- City law firm
Salary: £100,000-£120,000
PQE Level: 8+

Role:
Key and visible role within the commercial real estate department which will include:
- Supporting fee earners on technical issues across all aspects of commercial real estate such as investment, asset management, corporate support and corporate occupiers
- Taking the lead on legal tech, innovation, AI to including increasing automation of documents and workflows
- Maintaining precedents
- Producing legal updates and articles
- Internal training seminars and external market update presentations

Successful candidate:
- Minimum 8 PQE, England & Wales qualified
- At least 8 years UK commercial real estate experience gained within a leading City law firm
- Confidence in your technical ability- fee earners will be coming to you for support
- Strong interest in legal technology, innovation, and AI
