Commercial Property Solicitor (5+ PQE) - Bath
A well-regarded South West law firm is looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join them in their Bath office.
You'll join a close-knit team and work directly alongside an experienced Partner, NQ Solicitor and Trainee, with the opportunity to play a visible role in growing the firm's presence in the local market. The firm is known for its strong reputation, long-standing client relationships and Legal 500 recognition.
The work is varied and includes:
- Commercial acquisitions and disposals
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Leases and lease negotiations
- Development and investment work
- General commercial property advice for business clients
Candidate Requirements
- 5+ years' PQE in Commercial Property
- Comfortable running your own caseload
- Strong client care and relationship-building skills
- Commercial, practical approach to problem solving
- Interested in business development and building your profile locally
- Team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment
