Commercial Property Solicitor - Bath - 5+ Years PQE
Location: Bath
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time (with hybrid flexibility)
Salary: £55,000 to £75,000 (DOE)
A well established regional firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join its growing Real Estate team in Bath. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a role with real visibility, influence and progression potential within a smaller, close knit department.
The Role
You'll work closely with a partner and junior lawyers, helping to strengthen the team's presence in the local market and support ongoing growth. Work will include:
- Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Development and regeneration projects
- Property finance
- Strategic land and investment work
- Supporting clients across a broad commercial property portfolio
This role offers genuine scope to make your mark - ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, collaboration and contributing to the strategic development of a team.
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a Commercial Property Solicitor with:
- 5+ years PQE
- Strong experience across a broad range of commercial real estate matters
- Confidence managing your own caseload independently
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Commercial awareness and a proactive approach
- Interest in helping grow a developing team and market presence
