An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Paralegal to join a busy and growing Commercial Property team in Northampton.
This role would suit a Paralegal with previous commercial property experience who is looking to build their career within a supportive and ambitious team. You will work closely with experienced fee earners on a broad range of commercial property matters, gaining valuable exposure to high-quality work and significant client contact.
You will assist with the progression of commercial property transactions from instruction through to completion, supporting on matters such as acquisitions and disposals, leases, refinancing transactions and general commercial property work.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the management of commercial property files
- Preparing legal documentation and correspondence
- Undertaking Land Registry and Companies House searches
- Assisting with due diligence exercises
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and other solicitors
- Managing post-completion formalities
- Maintaining case management systems and file records
- Supporting fee earners with transactional and administrative tasks
The successful candidate will have previous experience within a commercial property team and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach are essential.
You should be highly organised, able to manage competing priorities effectively and possess a genuine interest in commercial property law.
