Job title: Commercial Property NQ

Salary: £45,000+
PQE Level: NQ+ PQE
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a junior Commercial Property Solicitor to join a successful and growing regional practice. Based in East Sussex, you'll become part of a supportive, high-performing team with access to an established client base and a consistent flow of quality commercial property work from day one.
You'll gain exposure to a broad range of transactions, working closely with experienced colleagues while developing your own technical expertise and client relationships. The caseload is expected to include acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, secured lending, and other commercial property transactions for a diverse range of business clients.
This role would suit an ambitious NQ-3 PQE solicitor looking to accelerate their development within a collaborative environment that offers excellent mentoring, quality work, and genuine long-term career prospects. Full-time position.
