Due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for a talented Commercial Property Solicitor or FCILEx (2+ years PQE) to become part of a thriving and ambitious Real Estate team based in their Taunton office.
The Role
Working alongside highly regarded property specialists, you will advise a broad range of clients including:
- Businesses and SMEs

- Investors
- Landowners
- Private clients
Your work is likely to include:
- Commercial property acquisitions and disposals
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Development and regeneration projects

- Portfolio management

Candidate Requirements
We are keen to hear from Solicitors and FCILEx professionals who:
- Have 2+ years PQE in Commercial Property/Commercial Real Estate
- Can independently manage a broad range of property matters with confidence
- Demonstrate strong technical expertise and commercial awareness
