An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a well-established, multi-office regional law firm with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality legal services to both commercial and private clients.
The firm's highly regarded Real Estate team advises a diverse client base, including SMEs, developers, investors, agricultural businesses, charitable organisations and public sector bodies. Due to continued growth, the team is looking to appoint a motivated and ambitious Solicitor at Associate level who is keen to build a long-term career in commercial property.
Working alongside experienced property specialists, you will gain exposure to a broad range of quality commercial real estate matters while benefiting from hands-on support and mentoring.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Commercial property acquisitions and disposals
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Commercial leases and lease renewals
- Property development transactions
- Secured lending and refinancing work
- Supporting corporate transactions involving property assets
The successful candidate will manage their own files where appropriate while assisting senior colleagues on larger and more complex matters.
Candidate Requirements
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors with up to two years' post-qualification experience who can demonstrate:
- Experience of commercial property work gained during a training contract or post-qualification role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- The ability to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines
- A pragmatic, commercial and client-focused approach
- A genuine desire to develop technical expertise and progress their legal career
