The firm is widely recognised as one of the leading clinical negligence practices in Wales, handling complex, high-value and life-changing claims.
With impressive offices in the heart of Cardiff and a reputation for delivering exceptional outcomes for clients, this is an excellent opportunity for an Associate, Senior Associate or Partner seeking to join a market-leading team.
The team acts on high-value and life-changing cases, including:
- Birth and catastrophic injury claims
- Delayed and missed diagnosis cases
- Surgical and hospital negligence
- GP negligence claims
- Brain injury and spinal injury matters
- Fatal accident and inquest-related work
Depending on your level of experience, you will manage your own caseload, supervise junior lawyers, contribute to business development and play an active role in the continued growth of the practice.
This opportunity is open to solicitors at the Associate, Senior Associate and Partner level.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with demonstrated experience in claimant clinical negligence work
- Proven ability to manage a clinical negligence caseload
- Strong technical knowledge and excellent client care skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, experts and referrers
- Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to business development
- For senior candidates, experience mentoring team members and contributing to strategic growth would be advantageous
