Banking 3+ Supervising Associate - Bristol - Hybrid Working

An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a talented Banking Solicitor to join their highly regarded Corporate & Acquisition Finance team.
Working alongside leading partners and a collaborative international team, you will advise banks, sponsors, corporates, credit funds and alternative lenders on a broad range of financing transactions. The team is particularly active in the data centre and digital infrastructure space, acting on innovative and often headline-grabbing deals across domestic and international markets.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Advising on corporate and acquisition finance transactions
- Acting on event-driven financings and leveraged finance matters
- Supporting investment-grade lending and working capital facilities
- Advising on asset-backed, receivables and trade finance arrangements
- Assisting clients with broader corporate treasury matters
- Managing transaction workstreams and client relationships
- Working closely with colleagues across multiple jurisdictions
- Contributing to marketing, networking and business development initiatives
This role offers excellent client exposure and the chance to work on some of the most complex and commercially significant finance transactions in the market.
Candidate Requirements
Applications are welcomed from ambitious Banking Solicitors who can demonstrate:
- Ideally 3+ years' PQE gained within a leading international, national or well-regarded regional firm
- Strong experience in corporate, acquisition or leveraged finance
- Excellent technical and drafting skills
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
- Confidence building and maintaining client relationships
- An interest in business development and growing client networks
- Ability to thrive within a collaborative and high-performing team environment
- A genuine enthusiasm for complex, cross-border transactional work
Exposure to data centres, digital infrastructure or wider technology-driven sectors would be advantageous but is not essential.
