Job Title: Banking & Finance Associate- Boutique Law Firm- New York
Salary: $180,000-$200,000
PQE Level: Class 2020-2022

Our client, an impressive boutique law firm located in New York City with a directories ranked team.
Role:
Joining their directories ranked banking and finance team.
- Primarily advising lenders with some borrower side work
- Structure, negotiate, document domestic and cross border transactions across syndicated, bilateral, secured and unsecured
- Draft and negotiate various finance agreements including security, intercreditor, participation, receivables purchase, credit
- Analyze relevant issues under the UCC including Articles 5,8,9,12, and the bankruptcy code

- JD, admitted to New York Bar
- Class of 2020-2022
- 4-6 years banking & finance experience including strong lender side experience and an understanding of letters of credit
