Salary: £120,000-£140,000
PQE Level: 4+

Our client is a fast growing and highly profitable mid-sized City law firm with a strong banking & finance offering and energy and infrastructure sector capabilities
Role:
Specialising in bank debt finance in relation to energy and infrastructure clients including investors, lenders, borrowers, sponsors, corporates.
- Battery storage, solar, renewables, digital infrastructure, telecoms
- SPV
- Acquisition finance
- Corporate financing
- Facility, security and intercreditor agreements

- 4+PQE England & Wales or commonwealth qualified solicitor
