Associate / Senior Associate - Commercial Real Estate - Bristol - 2-5 Years' PQE

Salary: £70,000 to £90,000

A leading national law firm is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join its expanding Commercial Real Estate team in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with a highly respected national practice on high value development and investment matters, with a particular focus on industrial and logistics projects.

The Role

You'll join a thriving, award winning Real Estate team advising developers, investors, occupiers and public sector clients on complex commercial property transactions across the UK.

You'll work closely with senior colleagues on a broad range of matters, including:

  • Industrial and logistics development and investment work
  • Commercial acquisitions and disposals
  • Development projects
  • Landlord and tenant matters
  • Asset management
  • Wider commercial real estate transactions


The Bristol team is part of a national Real Estate group of over 150 lawyers across 12 UK offices, offering exceptional quality work, strong collaboration and clear progression opportunities.

Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a Commercial Real Estate specialist with:
2-5 years' PQE gained within a strong commercial property practice
Solid experience across acquisitions, disposals, development, landlord and tenant and asset management
Genuine interest in industrial and logistics development and investment work
Strong technical ability and commercial awareness
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
A proactive, collaborative approach and confidence working with high value clients
Ability to manage a varied caseload independently while contributing to a supportive team culture
