Associate or Senior Associate - Residential Property - Devon - Hybrid
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Residential Property Associate to join a highly regarded and ambitious law firm in Exeter. This role offers the chance to become part of a forward-thinking team that is passionate about delivering exceptional client service while providing a collaborative and supportive environment where lawyers can thrive.
The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, working with a diverse client base that includes homeowners, investors and purchasers of high-value properties. The team has an excellent reputation for handling complex transactions and is known for combining technical expertise with a personal, client-focused approach.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing freehold and leasehold sales and purchases from instruction through to completion
- Advising on remortgages, buy-to-let transactions and first registrations
- Handling new build property matters and complex conveyancing transactions
- Building strong relationships with clients, agents and professional contacts
- Supporting business development and contributing to the continued growth of the team
This opportunity would suit a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with around three years' PQE and a strong background in residential conveyancing.
