The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their own specialism while building a rewarding career within a supportive and collaborative team.

  • Assist partners and senior solicitors on a varied caseload of litigation matters, with a particular focus on contentious trusts, disputed wills, probate disputes and wider commercial litigation work
  • Take responsibility for the day-to-day management of files, developing litigation and client relationship skills while working closely with experienced practitioners on complex and high-quality matters
  • Build expertise within a chosen area of law, benefiting from regular training, mentoring and opportunities to develop a personal profile within the local community and wider market
  • Contribute to the continued success of the team through exceptional client service, collaborative working and participation in business development and profile-raising activities

The successful candidate will be a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with up to five years' post-qualification experience and a practical, proactive approach to dispute resolution. Experience in contentious trusts and probate matters would be advantageous, although candidates with broader litigation experience and a genuine interest in this area will also be considered. Strong communication skills, commercial awareness and a commitment to delivering outstanding client care are essential.

In return, they will join a firm renowned for its supportive, family-feel culture. Colleagues are approachable, collaborative and genuinely invested in one another's success. The team works closely together, sharing knowledge and providing encouragement at every stage of a Solicitor's career. Alongside high-quality work and excellent career development opportunities, the firm promotes flexibility, wellbeing and a healthy work-life balance, creating an environment where individuals are empowered to reach their full potential.
