Associate / Senior Associate (3+ PQE) - Residential & Rural Property - Exeter
Chadwick Nott are working with a Top 100 UK law firm with a strong national and regional presence, consistently recognised by Legal 500 and Chambers. Due to continued growth, the firm is seeking an ambitious Property lawyer to join its highly regarded Residential & Rural Property team in Exeter, working on high-value and complex transactions for a diverse client base.
You will handle high-value, complex work with a variety of clients, including private individuals and financial institutions with substantial estates and rural properties.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful and expanding team with a strong reputation in the rural property market where you can expect to:-
- Advise a broad range of clients, including private individuals, landowners, and financial institutions, on high-value residential and rural property transactions.
- Take ownership of complex matters from an early stage with a high degree of client contact and responsibility.
- Work on a varied caseload spanning residential, rural and property-related matters.
- Develop and strengthen existing client relationships while identifying opportunities for new business.
- Play an active role in networking and business development, helping to grow the team's profile across the region.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE.
- Strong property law background, ideally combining residential conveyancing and commercial property experience.
- Proven ability to build trusted and lasting client relationships.
- Commercially aware with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic about networking, business development and generating new opportunities.
- Self-motivated, resilient and able to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Keen to take responsibility for matters while continuing to develop technically and professionally.
