Associate Solicitor - Commercial Property - South Wales - 4+ Years' PQE
Location: South Wales
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: £55,000 to £75,000
A well established regional law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Associate to join its growing team in South Wales. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with at least four years' experience to take on high quality work within a supportive, collaborative environment offering a clear pathway to partnership.
The Role
You'll manage a varied and high quality commercial property caseload, including:
- Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Commercial leases
- Property finance
- Development and investment transactions
- Progressing matters efficiently and proactively
- Providing clear, regular communication to clients and third parties
- Ensuring all work meets the highest professional and regulatory standards
You'll work closely with colleagues across the department, supporting the wider team while managing your own transactions independently.
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a Commercial Property specialist with:
- At least 4 years' PQE within a commercial property team
- Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of commercial property matters
- Excellent organisational, time management and problem solving skills
- Confidence managing transactions independently
- Strong commercial awareness and client care skills
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with colleagues
- Ambition to progress, with partnership clearly achievable for the right candidate
