Associate or Senior Associate - Real Estate - Bristol - Hybrid
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Real Estate Associate with 2+ years' PQE to join a highly regarded national property team based in Bristol. The successful candidate will work with a diverse portfolio of operator clients across the hospitality and leisure sector, including pubs, bars, restaurants, hotels and wider leisure brands, advising on a broad range of real estate matters.
Working within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment, the successful candidate will support clients on strategic property transactions, estate management issues and portfolio optimisation projects. The team is known for delivering commercially focused advice and working closely with specialists across corporate, employment, tax, planning, intellectual property and disputes to provide seamless client service.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Advising on freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals for hospitality and leisure operators
- Supporting development agreements, pre-let arrangements and portfolio re-gears
- Managing landlord and tenant matters, licences, easements, variations and ancillary agreements
- Assisting with estate management and property-related operational matters
- Building and developing client relationships while contributing to business development initiatives
