Associate or Senior Associate - Pensions - Devon - Hybrid

An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Associate or Senior Associate to join a growing Pensions practice with exciting plans for expansion. This role is ideal for a specialist pensions lawyer looking to play a visible role in shaping and developing a service offering while working on high-quality, technically challenging matters.

The successful candidate will advise a diverse client base on a broad range of pensions issues, including corporate transactions, scheme governance, regulatory matters and complex advisory work. Working closely with colleagues across multiple disciplines, they will be involved in pensions due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, negotiate key protections and provide strategic advice on pension scheme management and change projects.

This is a role that offers genuine autonomy, significant client exposure and the opportunity to become a recognised pensions specialist within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment. As the practice continues to grow, there will be real scope to influence its future direction and support the development of junior lawyers.

Key attractions include:

  • Exposure to complex pensions advisory and transactional matters
  • Opportunity to help develop and grow a thriving pensions practice
  • High levels of client contact and early responsibility
  • Flexible and hybrid working arrangements to support work-life balance
  • Clear progression opportunities within an ambitious and growing team

This opportunity will suit a commercially minded pensions lawyer who enjoys building relationships, solving complex challenges and contributing to the long-term success of a dynamic practice.
