Associate or Senior Associate - Employment - Devon - Hybrid
An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Associate or Senior Associate to join a highly regarded Employment team in Devon. This role offers the chance to work alongside recognised specialists advising a diverse client base, including organisations across healthcare, public services, housing and other major sectors.
The successful candidate will become part of a growing team known for delivering strategic, commercially focused employment law advice on complex and high-profile matters. They will support clients on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious issues, from day-to-day advisory work through to tribunal litigation, organisational change projects and sensitive workplace investigations.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Advising employers on a full range of employment law matters
- Managing employment tribunal claims and litigation
- Supporting clients with restructures, redundancies and organisational change
- Providing guidance on whistleblowing, discrimination and workplace culture matters
- Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development activities
The successful candidate will have solid employment law experience, excellent client care skills and a collaborative approach to working with colleagues. They will be commercially minded, motivated to deliver exceptional service and eager to play a key role in the continued growth of a successful team.
