Associate or Senior Associate - Corporate - Bristol - Hybrid
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Corporate Associate to join a dynamic and growing corporate team in Bristol. Working with an impressive portfolio of national and international clients, this role offers exposure to high-value, complex transactions across a range of sectors, including technology, financial services, healthcare, energy, and private capital.
The successful candidate will be part of a collaborative and ambitious team, advising corporates, investors, private equity houses, fund managers, and entrepreneurs on a broad range of strategic matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a corporate lawyer looking to accelerate their career while working on sophisticated transactions with both UK and international elements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Advising clients on private M&A transactions, acquisitions, disposals, and investments
- Supporting joint ventures, corporate restructurings, and wider strategic projects
- Delivering corporate governance and general corporate advisory support to a diverse client base
- Managing transaction workstreams, drafting key documentation, and coordinating due diligence processes
- Building strong client relationships while contributing to business development and team growth initiatives
The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years' PQE gained within a recognised corporate practice, together with strong technical skills, commercial awareness, and a proactive approach to client service. Experience advising on private M&A and private capital transactions would be particularly advantageous.
