Solicitor - Commercial Real Estate - Bournemouth - 1-3 Years PQE
Location: Bournemouth (Hybrid)

Salary: £50,000 to £75,000 (DOE) + Profit share scheme
A well established and highly regarded law firm is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Solicitor (1-3 years PQE) to join its busy and successful Real Estate Commercial team in Bournemouth. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a fast paced, specialist sector, supporting a wide range of commercial property clients including developers, investors and lenders.
The Role
You'll be responsible for managing a varied and high quality caseload of commercial property matters, including:
- Property Transactions - Acting on the purchase and sale of commercial properties for developers and investors
- Finance Matters - Advising borrowers and lenders on secured lending and property backed finance arrangements
- Landlord & Tenant - Drafting, negotiating and managing commercial leases, renewals and assignments
- Pension Trusts - Handling transactions involving SIPPs and SASS pension schemes, with support to develop expertise in this niche area
- Team Support & Growth - Contributing to the team's reputation through excellent client care, collaboration and business development

Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a Commercial Property specialist who is:
- A Solicitor with 1-3 years PQE
- Experienced in commercial property matters, ideally including development or investment work
You will need:
- Strong drafting, negotiation and communication skills
- A commercial, solutions focused mindset
- The ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Confidence taking on responsibility and managing a busy caseload
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
