Our client, a large international law firm, are looking to recruit a number of paralegals to join their centralised team in Birmingham on a temporary basis. The role will focus on assisting the team with a variety of projects and you will be required you to be office based in Birmingham 3 days per week.Key responsibilities will include:<ul><li>Assisting with document review and due diligence.</li><li>Assisting with project work for the firm.</li><li>Drafting, checking, and amending legal documents.</li><li>Liaising with internal and external counsel, within the UK and globally.</li><li>Writing concise memoranda to summarize research results.</li><li>Maintaining document, transcript, and work product databases.</li><li>Conducting legal research.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul>To be considered for this role it is essential that you are available to start at very short notice, that you have a law degree (min 2.1) and have ideally completed the LPC. Document Review Paralegal 

An innovative charitable organisation focused on solving global environmental challenges, is looking to recruit a Senior Legal Counsel to join their in-house legal team.Fully remote working available with occasional trips to the head office.Reporting to the General Counsel, the role will focus on providing advice and drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of complex agreements including commercial contracts, supplier terms, collaboration agreements, and memoranda of understanding as required. You will also be responsible for Identifying, analysing, and advising on a broad range of legal, compliance and regulatory issues including in relation to contractual matters, charity law compliance, data protection and privacy, employment, anti-bribery and corruption, commercial contracts, intellectual property licensing, brand management and protection, and competition law. In addition, you will assist with improving operational working practices and liaise with colleagues in international offices.Applications are sought from England &amp; Wales qualified Solicitors who have a minimum of 4 years PQE and who have a demonstrable experience of drafting, advising on and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts. Experience of managing intellectual property and licensing is also preferred along with a working knowledge of charity law compliance, employment and competition law.
