Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive - Private Client -Yeovil - NQ-2 Years PQE
Location: Yeovil (Hybrid)
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time (with hybrid flexibility)
Salary: £40,000 to £55,000 + KPI linked bonus

A well regarded Somerset law firm is seeking a Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (NQ-2 years PQE) to join its established Private Client team in Yeovil. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your expertise within a supportive, forward thinking environment offering genuine flexibility and clear career progression.

The Role
You'll be responsible for managing a varied Private Client caseload, including:

  • Wills and LPAs
  • Taxable and non taxable estates
  • Estate administration
  • Trust matters (beneficial but not essential)
  • Court of Protection matters (beneficial but not essential)

You will also help maintain strong client relationships and support the department's continued growth.

Candidate Requirements

This role is suited to a Private Client specialist who is:

  • A Solicitor (NQ-2 years PQE) or Chartered Legal Executive
  • Able to demonstrate strong technical and client care skills


You will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience handling a range of Private Client matters
  • The ability to work autonomously and manage your own administration
  • A proactive, solutions focused approach
  • A full driving licence for occasional travel across Somerset

STEP or SFE accreditation is desirable, and training support will be provided.
