Solicitor - Family - Bournemouth - Hybrid
A highly regarded law firm in Bournemouth is seeking a talented Family Solicitor to join its dynamic and supportive team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a high-quality caseload, including complex financial matters and private children cases, alongside respected Partners known for their expertise in the field. The role offers a balance of independence and collaboration, with excellent scope for career progression.
The successful candidate will manage their own caseload while also supporting senior lawyers on more intricate matters, delivering exceptional client service at every stage. Work will include high net worth divorce, financial remedy cases, and sensitive children matters.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a varied caseload of family matters including divorce, finances, and children issues
- Advising on complex financial arrangements involving assets, trusts, and pensions
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members while collaborating with senior colleagues
- Contributing to business development and building strong professional relationships
This role would suit a solicitor with solid family law experience, strong technical ability, and excellent client care skills. A proactive, organised, and commercially minded approach is essential for success.
