Associate/Senior Associate - Non-Contentious Construction - Bristol - Hybrid

A leading law firm in Bristol is seeking a Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor to join its highly regarded and fast-growing construction team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on major projects across sectors including infrastructure, housing, healthcare, and public sector developments, gaining exposure to high-value and complex work from the outset.

The successful candidate will collaborate with a large, nationally recognised team, advising a broad client base including developers, contractors, funders, and public bodies. The role offers excellent career progression, hands-on experience, and the chance to contribute to impactful projects shaping communities across the UK.

Key responsibilities include:

• Drafting and negotiating construction contracts, including JCT, NEC, and bespoke agreements
• Advising on professional appointments, collateral warranties, and security documentation
• Managing transactional matters from instruction through to completion
• Providing commercially focused advice on risk allocation and project structuring

This opportunity would suit a solicitor with strong non-contentious construction experience, excellent drafting skills, and a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.
