The Role

You'll join a dynamic and expanding Commercial team, working on a varied and high-quality caseload across a range of sectors.

Day-to-day, you'll take ownership of drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements including supply, distribution, agency, IP licensing, and SaaS contracts while advising clients on key areas such as data protection, consumer law, and wider regulatory compliance.

You'll also play a supporting role on corporate transactions and complex cross-border arrangements, collaborating closely with colleagues across the firm as well as external advisers to deliver practical, business-focused solutions. Alongside this, you'll build strong client relationships, ensuring a consistently high standard of service while effectively managing multiple matters.

This is a role offering excellent breadth, exposure, and the opportunity to work closely with experienced senior lawyers in a supportive team environment.

Candidate Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE in Commercial law
  • Strong technical knowledge of commercial contracts and regulatory frameworks
  • Proven experience in drafting and negotiating complex agreements
  • Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach
  • Ability to manage a varied caseload independently and prioritise effectively
