The Role

• Advise clients across a wide range of sectors on varied employment law matters
• Handle both contentious and non-contentious work, including tribunals and advisory matters
• Support senior lawyers on complex cases while also managing your own caseload
• Build strong client relationships and deliver clear, pragmatic advice
• Get involved in business development and marketing initiatives, including networking and profile-raising activities

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor from NQ-3 years' PQE in Employment law
• Solid technical knowledge across a range of employment matters
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to manage multiple matters independently and prioritise effectively
• A proactive, client-first mindset and a genuine enthusiasm for Employment law
