Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 (depending on experience)

A well established, award winning regional firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join its close knit and highly regarded team in Clevedon. This is an excellent opportunity to take on high quality work with direct access to senior leadership and strong long term career prospects.

The Role
You'll be responsible for managing a varied and interesting caseload of commercial property matters, including:

• Refinancing transactions
• Lease work for both landlords and tenants
• Site acquisitions, finance and sales
• Corporate support on transactional matters
• A broad range of commercial property transactions

You will be joining a supportive, collaborative team with a strong reputation for client service and technical excellence.

Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:

• 3+ years' PQE in commercial property
• Experience acting for developers, investors, lenders and landlords/tenants
• Strong technical knowledge across commercial transactions
• Excellent drafting, communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence managing matters independently
• High attention to detail and a proactive, organised approach
