Risk & Compliance Manager - Bristol - Hybrid

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Risk and Compliance Manager to join a forward-thinking firm in Bristol. This varied role offers responsibility across a broad spectrum of risk and regulatory matters, including anti money laundering requirements and Solicitors Regulation Authority compliance. The successful candidate will bring strong experience in a similar environment, a proactive mindset, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Working closely with senior leadership, they will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the firm while supporting strategic growth and innovation.

  • Lead and develop firmwide risk and compliance frameworks and policies.
  • Oversee AML processes including due diligence monitoring and training initiatives.
  • Advise on SRA obligations regulatory changes and internal compliance procedures.
  • Collaborate with teams to promote a strong culture of risk awareness.
