Solicitor or Associate - Commercial - Bristol - Hybrid

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Solicitor or Associate to join a dynamic Bristol based law firm, looking to expand its team. The role offers a broad mix of high-quality commercial contract work alongside exposure to intellectual property matters, providing variety and genuine development potential. The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years PQE and demonstrate strong technical expertise, commercial awareness and a passion for supporting clients across multiple sectors. Working closely with experienced partners, they will play a key role in advising on complex agreements and helping to drive the firm's continued growth.

• Draft review and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts for diverse clients.
• Advise on intellectual property matters including licensing and brand protection strategies.
• Build strong client relationships and deliver commercially focused solutions.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support business development and growth initiatives.
