An ambitious and dynamic law firm in Bristol is seeking an exceptional Employment Solicitor (0-2 PQE) to join its growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to develop a diverse caseload spanning both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. The successful candidate will work closely with experienced partners, gaining exposure to high-quality work while building strong client relationships.

They will advise a wide range of clients, from SMEs to large corporates, on issues including disciplinary matters, grievances, contracts, and tribunal claims. Key responsibilities include:

• Advising clients on employment law matters across contentious and non-contentious areas
• Supporting employment tribunal cases and preparing legal documentation
• Drafting contracts, policies, and settlement agreements
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships through a professional and responsive approach
