Senior Employment Solicitor - remote working

This is an exciting new opportunity for a Senior Employment Solicitor with 7 years'+ PQE to join this leading international firm. You will be part of a busy and expanding team working for leading and well-known companies and brands.

This is not a traditional employment role and the firm are looking for an individual who wants to help redefine how employment litigation is delivered. You will work closely with Partners to help shape the strategic direction of the litigation team and oversee delivery across a significant client portfolio. While the role is not focused on personally running claims day to day, you will need experience to supervise complex tribunal matters.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support and help to grow a team of employment lawyers delivering high-quality employment litigation services
• Supervise and develop junior team members
• Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted adviser to key stakeholders
• Support in driving innovative and technology-enabled ways of working, including the use of AI and process improvements

About you

• Qualified lawyer with a strong academic background
• Solid experience in employment law, with a strong grounding in redundancy, unfair dismissal and discrimination matters
• Strong Employment Tribunal experience, including managing complex claims
• Experience in using AI
• Experience in advising on day to day HR issues, including grievance matters and Settlement Agreements
• Experience supervising and developing junior lawyers
• Strong leadership skills
