Real Estate Paralegal (Telecoms)

Milton Keynes

Full-time

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Paralegal to join a busy Real Estate Telecoms team based in Milton Keynes.

This role will suit a paralegal with telecoms experience or a strong background in commercial property who is confident managing their own caseload with limited supervision. You will work on a wide variety of matters, including leasehold acquisitions (greenfield, rooftop and in-build sites), deeds of variation, assignments, licences, easements and freehold acquisitions.

The position involves drafting legal documentation, negotiating terms with other parties, reviewing title and raising requisitions, handling completions, and managing post-completion matters including SDLT and Land Registry applications. You will also liaise directly with clients, surveyors and other lawyers, ensuring matters progress efficiently and to a high standard.

Alongside fee-earning work, you will be involved in client reporting, attending meetings, maintaining internal systems and supporting wider project work. There may also be opportunities for client secondments and participation in training and business development activities.

Candidates should have solid commercial property experience, strong drafting and organisational skills, and the ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills and a commercial, practical approach are essential.

This role is primarily office-based in Milton Keynes, with attendance expected five days per week and occasional travel to other office locations if required.

Benefits include a competitive holiday allowance, pension contribution, private healthcare, income protection and additional employee perks.
