Job Title: Non-Contentious Insurance/Regulatory- Mid Market City Law Firm
Salary: £110,000- £120,000
PQE Level: 8-10 PQE
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-Time

• Our longstanding client, a highly profitable and expanding mid market City law firm with a strong reputation within the insurance sector.

Role:
Non-Contentious Insurance and regulatory associate with 2-4 PQE.

• Drafting and advising on regulatory issues including permitted links relating to insurer investment arrangements
• Reinsurance agreements
• FCA and PRA regulatory issues
• Distribution and outsourcing agreements
• Bancassurance arrangements

Key attractions:

• Good mix of transactional and advisory work
• High level client base and brand name within the insurance space
• Expanding team that can offer structured progression opportunities

Successful candidate:

• 2-4 PQE, England & Wales qualified solicitor
• Must be currently working for a dedicated insurance team dealing with non-contentious matters within a UK law firm
