My client is a highly regarded law firm recruiting an Education Solicitor into its specialist practice. This firm has developed a market-leading reputation in education law, with a particular depth of expertise in SEN matters that sets it apart. It is widely considered one of the strongest teams in the Southeast for this type of work, offering a high level of specialism and handling complex, high-impact cases.

This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with strong education and SEND Tribunal experience to take on a varied and meaningful caseload, including tribunal appeals, judicial reviews, exclusions, admissions and disability discrimination matters. You will work directly with vulnerable clients, playing a key role in securing access to education and making a genuine difference to individuals' lives.

The role also offers the chance to support and supervise junior colleagues, contribute to thought leadership, and play a part in the continued growth of a highly respected team. The firm is known for its inclusive culture, flexible hybrid working, and genuine commitment to wellbeing, social responsibility and community engagement.
