An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Litigation Associate to join a respected and growing regional law firm with a strong presence across the South West. The Role
You'll become part of a successful Property Litigation team, handling a broad mix of contentious property matters on behalf of commercial clients, landlords, landowners and private individuals.
Your caseload is likely to include:

• Commercial lease disputes and renewals
• Rent recovery and forfeiture matters
• Dilapidations and covenant breaches
• Landlord and tenant issues
• Rights of way, easements and adverse possession claims
• Boundary and ownership disputes
• Agricultural and farming-related property disputes Alongside fee-earning responsibilities, you'll have the opportunity to build client relationships, develop your network and play a key role in the continued growth of the team.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with around 4+ years' PQE in Property Litigation
• Solid experience across a range of contentious property matters
• Strong client care and relationship management skills
• Commercially aware and solutions-focused
• Enthusiastic about business development and profile-building
• Team-oriented with a proactive approach to career progression
