Property Litigation Associate - Somerset

This position can be based in either the Taunton or Yeovil offices.

The Role
Working on a varied caseload of commercial property disputes, you'll advise clients on matters including:

  • Commercial lease disputes, breaches and renewals
  • Rent arrears and forfeiture claims
  • Dilapidations and breach of covenant matters
  • Landlord and tenant disputes
  • Easements, rights of way and adverse possession claims
  • Boundary, party wall and property ownership disputes
  • Farming partnership disputes


Candidate Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor with circa 4+ PQE in Commercial Property Litigation
  • Strong technical expertise across contentious property matters
  • Commercially minded with excellent client-facing skills
  • Interested in networking, business development and growing your profile
