Solicitor - Residential Property - Wiltshire - Hybrid
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Residential Property Solicitor to join a growing and ambitious team in Wiltshire. This role offers the chance to become part of a highly respected property practice with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional client service and building long-lasting relationships across the region.
The successful candidate will manage a varied and high-quality residential conveyancing caseload, handling matters from instruction through to completion with confidence and efficiency. Working within a collaborative yet commercially focused environment, they will play an active role in supporting the continued growth of the team, strengthening referrer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the practice.
This position is ideally suited to a solicitor, legal executive, or licensed conveyancer with at least two years' PQE who is technically strong, client-focused, and eager to help shape the future of a thriving department.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and remortgages
- Advising on new build, shared ownership, and Help to Buy transactions
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, agents, brokers, and other introducers
- Contributing to business development initiatives and supporting the growth of the team
