Solicitor or Associate - Family - Somerset - Hybrid

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Family Solicitor, or Associate, to join a highly regarded family law team in Somerset. This role offers the chance to work on a broad range of high-quality family matters while building a rewarding career within a supportive and people-focused environment.

The successful candidate will advise clients on complex and sensitive issues, delivering practical, compassionate guidance during significant life events. Working alongside experienced and respected practitioners, they will gain exposure to a varied caseload that includes both straightforward and high-net-worth matters, with opportunities to take on increasing responsibility as their career develops.

This position is ideal for a Solicitor or Associate, with at least 1-year PQE, who is passionate about family law, committed to exceptional client service, and eager to contribute to a collaborative team culture.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Advising on divorce, separation, and financial remedy matters
  • Supporting and managing cases involving high-value and complex assets
  • Assisting with pre- and post-nuptial agreements and child financial arrangements
  • Building strong client relationships while contributing to business development initiatives
