Solicitor or Associate - Property Litigation - Dorset - Hybrid

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Litigation Solicitor or Associate to join a thriving disputes team in Dorset. This is a fantastic chance for an ambitious lawyer to work on a high-quality and varied caseload while playing a key role in the continued growth of a well-established and highly respected practice.

The successful candidate will advise a broad range of business clients on complex and commercially significant disputes, gaining exposure to challenging work and developing trusted client relationships. With a strong pipeline of instructions and a collaborative team culture, this role offers genuine responsibility, excellent career prospects, and the opportunity to make a tangible impact.

Working alongside experienced litigators, the Solicitor will be encouraged to develop their profile in the market, contribute to business development initiatives, and build specialist expertise across a diverse range of contentious matters.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Advising on commercial property disputes, including lease breaches, rent arrears, and forfeiture claims
  • Handling landlord and tenant disputes, business lease renewals, and dilapidations matters
  • Managing easement, boundary, rights of way, and property ownership disputes
  • Building strong client relationships while supporting networking and business development activities


This role is ideally suited to a commercially minded solicitor with around 3+ years' PQE who is proactive, client-focused, and eager to progress. It offers high-quality work, a supportive environment, and the opportunity to build a long-term and rewarding career in Dorset.
