Solicitor - Employment (Tribunal Work) - UK Remote- 1-3 Years PQE

A specialist legal team is seeking an Employment Solicitor with 1-3 years' post qualification experience to join its modern, tech enabled service delivering high volume respondent Employment Tribunal work for a major national client. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of high quality contentious work without fee earning targets, while working as an extension of an in house legal team.

The Role
You'll be responsible for managing a varied caseload of Employment Tribunal matters, including:

  • Unfair dismissal and discrimination claims
  • Drafting ET3s, witness statements and litigation documents
  • Advising clients directly on case strategy and risk
  • Managing evidence, bundles and procedural steps
  • Working within a structured, tech enabled delivery model
  • Supporting a collaborative and high performing team culture


Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:

  • 1-3 years PQE in employment law
  • Solid respondent side Employment Tribunal experience
  • Strong drafting and communication skills
  • Ability to manage volume litigation to tight deadlines
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • A commercial, pragmatic and solutions focused mindset
  • Interest in innovative, client integrated ways of working
