Solicitor - Employment (Tribunal Work) - UK Remote - 5+ Years PQE

A leading legal services provider is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join its specialist team delivering high volume respondent Employment Tribunal work for a small number of major clients. This is a unique opportunity to work as a true extension of in house legal teams, handling significant litigation within a modern, tech enabled environment.
The Role
You'll be responsible for managing a busy caseload of Employment Tribunal matters, including:
- Unfair dismissal and discrimination claims
- Drafting ET3s, witness statements and key litigation documents
- Providing clear, commercial and practical advice at pace
- Building strong, trusted relationships with in house legal teams
- Working within a structured, tech enabled delivery model
- Contributing to continuous improvement and best practice processes
- Supporting a collaborative and high performing team culture
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:
- 5+ years PQE
- Strong respondent side Employment Tribunal experience
- Excellent drafting and communication skills
- Ability to manage high volume workloads to tight deadlines
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A commercial, solutions focused mindset
- Interest in innovative, client integrated ways of working
- Experience supervising junior lawyers (advantageous)
- Experience in volume litigation (highly beneficial)
