Senior Residential Conveyancer - Bristol

The Role


An excellent opportunity to join a well-established, multi-office UK law firm with over 30 years' experience and a strong national reputation in the property sector. The firm advises both individuals and businesses and is known for its depth of expertise in residential conveyancing.

Based in Bristol, you'll handle a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion, delivering a high standard of client care throughout. You'll also play a key role within the team, supporting colleagues and stepping into a supervisory capacity when required.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a full caseload of residential transactions
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Working to deadlines in a busy, fast-paced environment
  • Supporting and mentoring junior team members


Candidate Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor, FCILEx or CLC Licensed Conveyancer
  • Ideally 6+ PQE in residential conveyancing
  • Strong technical knowledge of property law
  • Experience managing your own caseload independently
  • Ability to supervise/mentor others when needed
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication and client relationship skills
