Property Litigation Lawyer - Bristol

A well-established, Legal 500-ranked firm is looking to recruit a Property Litigation Lawyer to join its growing Dispute Resolution team in central Bristol.

With a strong reputation in real estate litigation particularly across landlord and tenant and boundary disputes, the team continues to grow due to increasing demand and a broad, loyal client base.

The Role:
You will manage your own caseload whilst contributing to the wider success of the team. The work is varied and will cover both residential and commercial property disputes, including:

  • Boundary disputes and land ownership claims
  • Easements (rights of way, light, and use)
  • Ownership and TOLATA claims
  • Residential and commercial landlord & tenant matters (including possession, lease renewals, and service charge disputes)
  • Dilapidations and leasehold matters

You will handle matters from instruction through to resolution, including drafting pleadings and applications, advising clients on strategy and costs, negotiating settlements, and undertaking advocacy where appropriate.

Alongside fee-earning work, you'll also contribute to business development through networking, marketing initiatives, and building relationships internally and externally.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor or FCILEx
  • Experience in litigation and/or property law (property litigation experience desirable or a strong interest in specialising)
  • Confident managing a caseload independently
  • Strong client care, drafting, and communication skills
  • Enthusiastic about networking and business development

In Return:

  • Opportunity to join a Legal 500-ranked firm with a strong market reputation
  • High-quality, varied work within a supportive and collaborative team
  • Clear scope for career development and progression
  • A positive, people-focused culture with a real emphasis on wellbeing and work/life balance
  • Central Bristol location

Full-time and part-time (4 days) applications are welcomed.
