This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading Warwickshire firm.

Based in Coventry, the firm are well known for dealing with high quality work. They are looking for a NQ-18 months PQE Solicitor. There is a varied caseload on offer and the department deal with matters including:

• Purchase and sale of commercial, industrial or investment property
• Leases of property for landlords or tenants
• Lease renewal, rent review arrangements and licensing
• Development and building agreements
• Funding and financial arrangements
• Security documentation
• Town and country planning issues
• Estate development
• Environmental issues
• Letting and management
• Compulsory purchases
• Property issues for charitable bodies
