Residential Property Solicitor - Bournemouth - Hybrid

A reputable law firm in Bournemouth is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor to join its established and growing conveyancing team. This opportunity is open to individuals at varying levels of experience, from those developing their careers through to more senior practitioners.

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering efficient, high-quality conveyancing services within a supportive and collaborative environment.

The role involves handling a broad range of residential property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.

Candidates will either manage their own caseload or support experienced fee earners across all stages of a transaction.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to post-completion
• Liaising with clients, agents, and third parties to ensure smooth progression of transactions
• Maintaining accurate files and ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory standards
• Contributing to team collaboration and supporting client relationship development

Applicants should demonstrate a strong understanding of the conveyancing process, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to exceptional client service.
