The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Lawyer to join a busy and friendly property team.
You'll manage your own caseload from instruction through to completion, dealing with a wide range of residential transactions, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Re-mortgages and transfers of equity
- New build and Help to Buy transactions
- Shared ownership and leasehold matters
This is a client-facing role, so you'll build strong relationships and deliver a high standard of service throughout the conveyancing process. You'll also work closely with colleagues to ensure transactions are progressed efficiently and professionally.
Candidate Requirements
We're looking for someone who is confident running their own caseload and committed to providing excellent client care.
You will ideally have:
- Qualification as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or equivalent experience
- Proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently
- Strong technical knowledge across a range of property transactions
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
