Associate or Senior Associate - Professional Negligence - Bristol
Hybrid or remote
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Associate or Senior Associate to join a high-performing Professional Negligence team in Bristol. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically strong lawyer to handle complex, high-value disputes while contributing to a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a caseload of complex professional negligence matters from inception to resolution
- Supervising, mentoring, and developing junior colleagues to support team capability
- Delivering clear, commercially focused advice aligned to client and insurer objectives
- Driving continuous improvement, supporting change initiatives, and enhancing team performance
The successful candidate will provide accurate, timely, and empathetic advice across a varied caseload, including multi-track claims, while maintaining exceptional client care standards. They will work closely with senior leadership to meet performance and financial targets, ensuring efficient case management and strong commercial outcomes.
